CCD Partners is not registered as a broker-dealer in the US with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) pursuant to the Exchange Act of 1934 as CCD Partners operates in line with guidelines issued in the SEC Staff No-Action letter dated as of January 31, 2014 (revised as of February 4, 2014).

CCD Partners is not regulated in the UK by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) pursuant to the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 as CCD Partners operates in line with the guidelines issued in the FCA Handbook, specifically the exclusions outlined in PERG 2.9.11 and 2.9.12 “Sale of body corporate" PERG 2.8.4 "Dealing in investments as principal".
